Yoga Pilsner ver3 (Inferred detection).

People following this site will noticed I abended the inferred detection I have been working on and tested. It was abended as the sensor quality was low, and out of the 8-9 I brought only 1-2 was counting/detecting bubbles near to hear and see count.

But even the sensors was of low quality (see this post for more info) it still make sense to make this last “inferred detection” (for now) post as the result or prediction of FG again seems fine.

This is a Pilsner I have brewed 3 times before and is dedicated till my wife and her love for Yoga. Idea was for her to drink this beer after Yoga Classes, but it is so good I drink it mostly. In this version the sugar and flaked barley addition was to heighten the volume as I decided to go for 25L after gain was crushed. So fare the max. for the Bubble-Logger software.

Picture 1: Yoga Pilsner ver3. SG (blue line) is manually added and shows hydrometer readings, see below Picture 2.. Green is the BPM, and Red is temperature.

Looking at the data of “sum BPM/L” and SG/calc:

Picture 2: Data on “Sum BPM/L” and SG/calc vs. hydrometer reading.

Then it can be seen the Bubble-Logger by Inferred detection again predicts the SG/FG rather well. The final FG might get 1 point more down over the last 7 more days I let it be, but the Logger do follow the SG over time very nicely. Just to sad you need to buy 10 sensors to get one or two working inferred sensors, and this is the main reason I go for the Sound version for now.
